Product Designer focused on UX/UI for eCommerce, with deep Shopify experience and an operator's view of what makes a store actually convert.
I came into digital design the long way around. I trained as an industrial designer, spent years in branding and visual design, and in 2021 I was invited to build a DTC store from scratch — and ended up co-founding the brand and running it end to end for three years.
I learned Shopify by operating all of it: products, brand, storefront, fulfillment, returns, customer support, marketing — and the results, good and bad. That included a US-market expansion we tried, learned from, and chose to close. Operating a real brand with real money on the line is where my work changed: I stopped thinking about screens, and started thinking about whether an experience earns a purchase.
Today I design across digital products, communication channels, and Shopify eCommerce, where I've built 10+ DTC stores — ground-up builds, migrations, and CRO — working across the full process, from information architecture to developer handoff.
What I care about most is clarity: helping someone understand a product, trust a brand, and decide to buy with confidence.
